Yes. Every bottle is sourced directly from the house or its authorised distributors — sealed, batch-traced, and guaranteed genuine. We never deal in decants, testers passed off as full bottles, or grey-market imitations.
We do. Most of our niche and oud compositions are available as sample vials so you can live with a scent for a few days before choosing your full flacon. Our concierge can also curate a discovery set based on your preferences.
We deliver across the UAE and Oman, with same-day dispatch available in Dubai. Regional GCC orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, and we ship worldwide on request. Tracking is shared the moment your order leaves our boutique.
UAE delivery is complimentary on qualifying orders, and Oman delivery is free on orders above OMR 30. Any applicable charges for express or international shipping are always shown clearly at checkout — no surprises.
Absolutely. Luxury wrapping with hand-tied silk ribbon comes standard on gift orders, and you can add a handwritten note upon request. Simply select the gift option at checkout or mention it to our concierge.
Keep your fragrance away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity — a cool, dark drawer or cabinet is ideal. Stored properly, most extraits and eau de parfums retain their character for several years. Avoid leaving bottles in the bathroom, where temperature swings are highest.
Oud refers to the precious agarwood note at the heart of many Arabian compositions. Extrait de parfum carries the highest concentration of fragrance oils for the deepest, longest-lasting wear, while eau de parfum is slightly lighter and more versatile for everyday use. Our advisors can guide you to the right strength.

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned or exchanged within the stated window. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged, contact us right away and we will make it right.
