Extrait de parfum carries the highest concentration of fragrance oils for the deepest, longest wear; eau de parfum is slightly lighter and more versatile for everyday use. We deliver across Oman and the UAE, with same-day dispatch available in Dubai. Regional GCC orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, and we ship internationally on request. Tracking is shared the moment your order leaves our boutique.

Oman delivery is complimentary on orders above OMR 30, and UAE delivery is free above the threshold shown at checkout. Any charges for express or international shipping are always displayed clearly before you pay.

Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email or WhatsApp so you can follow its journey. If you haven't received tracking details within a couple of days of ordering, just contact us and we'll help right away.

You can change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched — just reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our returns policy.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, within the stated return window. Opened fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Keep your fragrance away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity — a cool, dark drawer or cabinet is ideal. Stored properly, most extraits and eau de parfums retain their character for several years. Avoid leaving bottles in the bathroom, where temperature swings are highest.
